Any items we purchase from you should be in good condition. Any items that are severely damaged or irreparable will receive no credit and will not be returned to you. Take good pictures, so we can rule out any items that we can't buy from you! Any quote we give you is good for 1 week, so please be sure to ship your items within that time-frame.
