Returns

We consider refund policies to be the definition of how much a company backs their products and customers. Because of this, all of our items are offered with a strong return/refund policy of 180 days. No questions asked.

1. Contact us through the contact form on our site (you can also respond directly to the order/shipping emails from us) with details about why you're looking to return an item. (Ex. Don't want it anymore, damaged in transit, etc)
2. We will create a return label for you, which will arrive in your email for printing.
3. Package the item as it was when you received it, with all parts, pieces, and in the same condition. 
4. Drop it off at the shipping institution that the shipping label specifies (ups, fedex, usps, etc)
5. Once we receive the return, we will be able to process your refund.
